I went walking during lunch time and tried something a bit different. I did 35 minutes at a brisk pace whilst calling cadence (quietly) and swinging my arms briskly. This was noticeable increase breathing and I can still feel a residual “huff”. I shall make a point to walk this way some more; in fact I downloaded some military cadence mp3 files for my Blackberry.
